Matcha Green Smoothie

A refreshing mix of matcha, spinach, and banana for a nutritious boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional for thicker texture)

  • Blender

  • Glass

Instructions

Step 1

Add the matcha powder, frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, and yogurt into the blender.

Step 2

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.
